Place Management NSW (PMNSW) is responsible for Sydney's most historically and culturally significant waterfront locations. These responsibilities include the care, protection, management and promotion of this land and its important buildings.


Our Place Management NSW team are currently seeking a Visitor Services Guide to conduct guided tours, talks and information activities for visitors to Barangaroo ensuring high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction to drive visitation and support the objectives of the Barangaroo Precinct.


About You

  • Experience working in the tourism industry, preferably customer service
  • Experience working with students or groups of all ages early childhood to tertiary students
  • Experience in program and/or content development for potential new tours and programs
  • Have knowledge of Barangaroo the woman and precincts/location
  • Are highly confident in delivering tours and educational programs to our visiting guests
  • Are passionate about sharing culture and lived experiences
  • You may have additional skills, such as, creative arts, performing, gardening, horticulture that you can bring to this role

Essential Requirements
