The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate & efficient receipting of inbound good for Fabrication, specifically utilising our in-house computer systems for all aspects of inventory management/quality control.

What will you do?

Investigate variances between inwards goods receipts and purchase orders and communicate these appropriately to the Procurement team. Ensure all inwards goods are inspected in accordance with Vinidex Quality Control standards and receipted into Accentis within the required timeframes. Assist and ensure that material documentation is reviewed and complies with our clients' contractual agreements and are uploaded into Accentis with the hard copy stored and archived in accordance with Vinidex standards. Any non-conforming components are communicated to the QA Officer in a timely manner. Assist with the implementation and development of strategies to streamline storage and handling of components. Ensure components are stored and labelled correctly and follow Vinidex specifications and safety standards. Participate in weekly stocktakes and notify Supervisor of any variances. Pick stock for production and ensure all labels are attached. Unload delivery vehicles when required and notify the relevant department. Housekeeping is of a high standard.

Proven, checkable experience in a similar role Experienced forklift operator on both highreach & counterbalance Communication, customer service and interpersonal skills Computer literate and numerate Careful and thorough attitude with a good work ethic
