We are seeking a highly ambitious and experienced Sales Consultant to join the friendly and dedicated team in Wodonga, working with iconic global brands such as Volvo, Mack & UD.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Building customer relationships through account management and selling, utilising your excellent communication skills to maximise results
• Identifying new prospects and developing in-depth understanding of their needs whilst ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered
• Achieve and succeed targets and profit levels
• Maintain the CRM data base producing reports accurately in a timely professional manner
• Work closely with other dealership departments to ensure each customer receives the best customer experience

• Industry technical knowledge or are an experienced truck sales individual
• An ability to work unsupervised with a positive, and can-do approach
• A friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• who is reliable, punctual and trustworthy
• Exceptional communication skills both internally and externally
• An ability to follow and maintain established processes
• A current Heavy Duty Truck licence, this is an advantage but not essential
