The
Customer Feedback Consultant role is responsible for building customer advocacy and reducing discontinuance by employing customer-led behaviours. The specialist will explore the needs of the customer and exceed their expectations, spend the necessary time conversing, understanding, and recommending fair and reasonable solutions and education appropriate to the customer

About you:

  • 3 years + experience in a call centre /service centre organization
  • Related industry certification (Cert III/IV Telecommunications) desirable
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly adaptable and accepting of new ideas
  • Ability to work under pressure in a face paced environment with strict deadlines and set KPIs
  • Strong focus on customer needs and satisfaction
  • Monitors and maintains quality and productivity
  • Consistently achieves project goals
  • Demonstrates a rapid understanding of newly presented information
  • Listens, consults others and communicates proactively
