We aim to open 5 stores by the end of 2025, and why not start in Brisbane? For us to do this successfully, we need an experienced Retail Store Manager who will help drive the success of our first store in Australia.
STORE MANAGER - BRISBANE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide inspiring leadership to your Store Management team and store colleagues.
- Embrace evolving strategies through continuous training and development.
- Ensure colleagues are up to date with product knowledge to enable them to discuss and better understand the requirement of our customers.
- Drive daytoday store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- To recruit and retain high quality team members
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Good commercial acumen to allow you to deliver on sales and work with budgets.
- Uphold and enhance our commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Connect to your local community through engaging actions and a personable approach.
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Dedicated to delivering unparalleled customer service.
- An experienced, inspiring retail manager who takes their team on a journey.
- Ability to navigate and manage diverse personalities with confidence.
- Able to communicate clearly and succinctly, at all levels to convey information, expectations and feedback.
- Content in setting objectives and monitoring development.
- Present solutions to both individual and store issues within company guidelines and policies.
