About the Role

Joining as the Office Administrator, also known as a Customer Service Consultant (CSC), you will work closely with another CSC and the General Manager. Your responsibilities will involve various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the care home.

Duties

As a CSC, you will handle a range of tasks, including:

  • Resident Placement - Welcoming prospective residents and their families, managing inquiries and admissions.
  • Employee Services - Overseeing employee-related tasks such as roster management, recruitment, onboarding, and leave administration.
  • Concierge / Reception / Admin - Leading customer service and administrative functions to maintain high standards.

Skills and Experience

  • Patience - Vital for dealing with residents and their families, requiring a calm and sunny disposition
  • Effective Communication - Diplomacy and proactive communication skills are essential
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Prior experience in admin/customer service
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
