About the role

This role is responsible for driving communications to deliver and profile the outcomes of Parks Victoria's corporate strategies and business plans, with a focus on employee communications and priority corporate partners.

The Corporate Communications Manager provides strategic advice, direction and support to deliver communication objectives, as well as constructing tailored communications narratives that enhance awareness, engagement and understanding of organisational messages and activities.

Each day will be different in this role from supporting communications on cross-organisational programs and projects, to managing and supporting engagement of employees on internal channels, and pursuing opportunities to enhance Parks Victoria's presence with key corporate stakeholders.


We're looking for someone with:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Communication or equivalent is highly desirable
  • Experience leading the development of organisationwide strategic communication plans is essential
  • Experience working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and building strong working relationships
  • A current Resume
