The role:


As a
Business Banking Manager, you will proactively manage customer relationships and meet their needs by providing full Integrated Financial Services solutions through the most cost effective and appropriate channels.

The role includes full portfolio management via penetration of existing customers, acquisition of new customers and expense management.

Your opportunity

  • Personally develop and manage a portfolio of key BFS customers and Referral partners.
  • Identify new business and referral opportunities & establish, develop and utilise networks of internal and external contacts to aid achievement of income targets.
  • Assess economic value and risk potential of new business
  • Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio.


 Sales
  • Implement specific local competitive and aggressive sales/ income campaigns and initiatives. & sell and promote tailored Bank products and services within Bank parameters.

What you will bring:

  • Highly experienced retail/business banker with a businessrelated degree and/or postgraduate professional qualification
  • Experience within business banking and/or credit assessment of around 48 years
  • Comprehensive understanding of business/ commercial practices, BFS products and services, with significant emphasis on sales, lending, credit assessment and control experience.
  • The ability to connect with clients and key internal stakeholders will make you a success in this role
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
