Purpose.**:


Our client is seeking an Organisational Change Analyst to deliver the organisational change activities required to ensure successful delivery of the projects across the Applications and Infrastructure Program.


Responsibilities.**:


The resource will work across multiple projects at once and will report into the Organisational Change Manager for the Infrastructure Projects and the Project Managers for the Applications Projects.


The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Lead the development of communications deliverables to ensure the design, development and publication of quality communications content.
  • Develop business readiness assessments.
  • Understand the change impacts and confirm the type of organisational change activities required to support the change program.
  • Develop and analyse training needs analysis to assist in the development and coordination of training programs and end user support and training collateral.
  • Analyse data to determine target stakeholder groups impacted by the organisational change program.

Skills and qualifications.**:


This role requires an Organisational Change Analyst with a strong background in change/communication/training delivery within an IT-focused large enterprise environment.


  • High level of interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills and an ability to effectively develop strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and operational staff.
  • Critical analysis and problemsolving skills within an IT environment and the ability to take direction and deliver outcomes.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering change/communication/training activities and deliverables for technology projects, preferably within a large enterprise environment.
  • Strong background in managing the delivery of project communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Previous experience in developing training materials and delivering training to end users.
  • Prosci certification and or other relevant organisational change qualifications is mandatory.
  • Office 365, SharePoint and video editing skills.
