The Role

:Eway, Ezidebit, and Global Payments.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute a robust content strategy to drive lead generation across the sales funnel.


As the Social Media & Content Marketing Manager you will:

  • Develop and execute a content strategy based on customer insights and market trends;
  • Create various content formats: blog posts, social media updates, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, and videos;
  • Manage social media channels, creating and scheduling content to foster engagement;
  • Drive platform growth and interaction with effective social media strategies;
  • Create content strategies to nurture leads throughout the sales funnel;
  • Collaborate with sales teams to address customer pain points at each buyer's journey stage;
  • Develop B2B content, including thought leadership articles and industry insights;
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams for B2B2C lead generation;
  • Collaborate on content promotion and integrate with paid leadgeneration campaign;
  • Work with crossfunctional teams on customer communications and webinar content;
  • Monitor and analyse content performance using metrics and analytics tools;
  • Refine content strategies based on insights for continuous improvement;
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners;
  • Communicate effectively to align content strategies with business objectives.

You will also bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
  • 5+ years experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in a B2B environment;
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce captivating content on intricate topics for various audiences and platforms;
  • Experience in researching and crafting thought leadership articles pertinent to target markets;
  • Competence in content performance tracking and analytics tools;
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a penchant for collaboration across diverse teams;
  • Selfmotivated and proactive, adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

_Please note this is a 12 month fixed term maternity leave contract. _
