Mission statement:

This role leads the Sales and Marketing for the Grid Integration business unit in Singapore in all respects. Full ownership for achieving Order Received and Order Profitability targets overall. This includes early marketing and lead generation, direct customer sales as well as responsibility for tendering. This role is leading a team of professionals to achieve planned results and budget and is part of the core Grid Integration M&S leadership for the region.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for creating, planning, and implement the marketing (and communications) strategies for the assigned area in accordance with global marketing and sales strategy and budget.
  • You will Produce action plans accordingly, create, plans, and implement sales strategy, and strategic sales and business development initiatives, in alignment with LPG sales strategy and achieve sales targets in respect of both budgets and sales efficiency.
  • You will define key Marketing & Sales targets in line with Division/Business Unit strategy and ensure these are achieved.
  • You will identify opportunities with existing and potential new customers within defined geographical area and determines plans for securing the opportunities.
  • You will be responsible for the product marketing, industry, segment marketing and strategic and tactical marketing plans to support the relevant organization, initiate, implement and reports market analysis and marketing activities, ensure the market is monitored by developing and maintaining efficient marketing tools and implementing coordinated marketing analyses and activities.
  • You will collaborate internally and oversee preparation of competitor analyses ranging from full profit and loss account (P&L) and main financial data to company profile and net sales analysis.
  • You will coordinate the flow of information for sales activities and transactions, including lead, orders, contracts, etc. and evaluate data to ensure achievement of goals, monitor and provide reports to the Marketing and Sales organization on market intelligence.
  • You will support the development of strong relationships with key customers, build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers ensure efficient marketing communications.
  • You will identify and manage potential risks relating to contract agreements across customers/channels.
  • You will take ownership of the sales processes, all relevant training and development plans, actions, and programs.
  • You will lead the Grid Integration Sales and Marketing team, including, develop employee skills and performance through training and coaching, hiring, training, and develop new employees to meet organizational need, and provide feedback on employee performance, help to develop employee skills where needed, and addressing performance problems in consultation with HRBP.

Your background:

  • Graduated bachelor's relevant degree.
  • 10 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, demonstrated negotiation skills, experience managing people.
  • Good communication skill is required.
