About the Team

DoorDash's Consumer Growth Marketing team is seeking a savvy Growth Marketing Associate who will be instrumental for driving Consumer growth across various media channels for our ANZ markets. The team is responsible for deploying our Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) across all performance marketing channels to meet our Consumer acquisition goals for the DoorDash Marketplace.

About the Role

The role will report into the Manager, Growth & Retention Marketing on the ANZ Marketing Team in our Consumer Growth Marketing organisation.

This role will focus on supporting and executing growth initiatives in our most strategic markets improving reach and conversion metrics across the marketing funnel. This role requires hands-on collaboration with various cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns deliver key growth outcomes for the business, timely and efficiently.

Data-oriented, the Consumer Growth Associate must be able to understand, analyse and communicate the various performance metrics to relevant stakeholders to enable campaign and channel optimisation. Alongside the data, this role will support strategic media execution whilst coming up with creative ways to reach our target audience with high performing messages and content.

  • You will be supporting our growth marketing initiatives in AU & NZ aimed at scaling the business in these regions.
  • Executing customer acquisition campaigns across various performance marketing channels such as paid search, paid social, display, referrals & potentially offline media.
  • Collaborating closely with external agencies and the in-house team for creative development and implementation of media strategies, budgets.
  • Analyse, report and communicate relevant media and growth metrics to the broader business on a regular cadence.
  • Manage an experimentation roadmap to optimise performance including a/b creativity tests, incrementality tests as well as testing new product betas.
  • Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders across broader marketing, brand, partnerships, analytics and sales to uncover new opportunities for growth and ensure growth goals are met

We're excited about you because...

  • 3+ years managing and executing tactical, large-scale advertising campaigns on performance marketing channels.
  • Familiarity with pay-per-click and digital ad platforms like Meta, Google Ads, Snapchat, TikTok etc.
  • Basic understanding of App-Store Optimisation (ASO) and organic media.Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills; must be very comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make decisions.
  • A bias for action to achieve success in a fast moving environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with a broad spectrum of both internal team members and external vendors/partners
