About Us


The IT team plays a crucial role in ensuring that PRP's technological systems, infrastructure and certain business administration support processes are functioning optimally.

The team is responsible for maintaining hardware, software, and network systems as well as supporting and training internal and external stakeholders in systems such as Comrad and Billing.

The team ensures that our technology and processes are secure, reliable, and up to date.

Through our Service Desk, the team troubleshooting any issues that arise, implements process improvements, and ensures our data is backed up and protected.

In today's increasingly digital world, the IT team plays a critical role in the success of PRP by ensuring all our systems are operating smoothly and efficiently.


About the Position

Main activities of this position include:

  • Responding to billing and Medicare queries
  • Producing instructional guides for Comrad as required
  • Identifying problem areas with Comrad software
  • Daily system monitoring
  • Comrad user management
  • Patient information management
  • Assisting in other supplementary IT Support duties as required
Trial days can be offered to anyone interested and wanting to find out more.

About You
The below skills and experience are required to be considered for the position:

  • Solid understanding of Radiology workflow
  • Comrad experience
  • Solid understanding of billing requirements relating to Medicare and MBS
  • Intermediate computer knowledge
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Able to work a minimum of 4 days per week


This is a hands-on position requiring an individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to train and coach staff, multitask, prioritise, and work unsupervised with a 'can do' attitude.
