Our client is an established, successful and growing firm, looking for an exceptional Office Manager/Administator with Accounting firm experience to join their collaborative, supportive and professional team. Your previous experience within an accounting firm will be highly regarded.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive assistance to the accountants and directors to free them up of any administrative tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Maintaining client database.
  • Liaise with the Australian Taxation Office and other government departments.
  • Corporate secretarial work including annual statements, minutes, and ASIC changes.
  • Monitoring WIP, lodgements and workflow.
  • Establishment of new entities; companies, trusts, self-managed super funds, etc.
  • Support the admin team with reception duties when required.


Must have:

  • Must have experience navigating ATO and ASIC systems.
  • Good MS Office skills including intermediate level MS Excel.
  • Previous experience working in an Accounting Firm, or Financial Services sector.
  • Exceptional stakeholder relationship management skills, both at the individual and corporate level.
  • A high level of attention to detail and initiative.
