The role:
Project Coordinator - Perth, WA

  • Coordination of meetings and providing strong admin support
  • Communication to key stakeholders via online briefing sessions
  • Preparation of documents using Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Help coordinate and be able to multitask and prioritise on a daily basis to deliver on critical project tasks
  • Willing to learn, grow, take initiative and be able to problem solve
  • Assist in updating schedules to ensure timelines and appropriate quality processes are met within the project
  • Provide regular updates to Project Managers and key stakeholders
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate attendees and planning events and meetings

Who are you:

  • Ideally have a background in retail
  • Sound computer skills in Microsoft Office primarily Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong coordination skills with high attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong customer service
  • Great time management, planning and organisational skills
  • Strong sense of ownership to follow your deliverables through to closure
  • A personable and positive attitude
  • Adaptable to any given situation
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Able to pick up a variety of systems
  • Willingness to learn, display initiative and take on new responsibilities
  • Attend, support and participate in meetings
