**About the Role**

We are seeking part time/full time permanent Administration Officer for an individual.

Based in Coogee, the role focuses on business/administration support.

The successful applicant will need to be flexible with a can-do attitude, relaxed disposition and able to work under their own initiative and create solutions.

Individuals with diverse backgrounds encouraged to apply.

**Tasks include, but not limited to**:

- Scheduling, diary management & task prioritisation
- Business administration support
- Travel, community access & driving to appointments
- General errands
- Administration & bookkeeping
- Occasional interstate travel

**Qualifications & experience**
- No tertiary qualifications are needed; however, preference will be given to applicants with qualifications in Business Support, Project Management & academic writing skills
- Prior positions as an EA, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, Operational Coordinator or Administration Assistant will be highly regarded. All academic disciplines and higher-level education valued.
- Strong interpersonal skills required. You must feel confident talking to clients and delivering customer service and have a fun-loving and uplifting personality.
- Comfortable with technology.
- Ability to work well in high-pressure environments and with other team members collaboratively.
- Accounting/bookkeeping skills highly desirable.

- Experienced with navigating complex bureaucracy
- NDIS experience
- Business experience

**Salary**: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
