In this role, you'll:


You will be working as part of the Program Enablement team which sits within the Planning and Programs Branch, ROM.


You will launch new or modify existing initiatives, including design of program structure and key architectural elements needed to set the course of the program.

You will also maximise business results through integrated stakeholder engagement, communication, leadership alignment and organisational risk management.


You will provide program management support services and advice to program leads in all phases of the program lifecycle, including initial scoping and feasibility, securing funding, planning and scheduling, co-ordination and stakeholder engagement, tracking, reporting, evaluation and integration with existing programs.

About you
You will have exceptional MS excel skills and the ability to interpret and analyse financial reporting; in addition to good attention to detail with the ability to develop program artefacts and documents for executive consumption

You will possess outstanding stakeholder management skills and have the ability to communicate with influence both verbal and written.


You will have the ability to collaborate with a range of stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of programs and their intended objectives.
