Join us. We're hiring an
Executive Assistant, to CTO. You are an experienced Executive Assistant with a background in supporting Engineering leaders at scale.
You'll be one of two EA's supporting Atlassian's CTO. You'll report into our CTO's US-based EA.
Your future team
Responsibilities:
What you'll do:
- Take direction from your manager on dividing and conquering EA responsibilities to make your leader successful.
- Partner with your leader to manage their time and ensure they're wellprepped for all meetings.
- Partner with the Chief of Staff to stay in rhythm on priorities and actions.
- Be an important bridge between your leader and their teams, quickly building trusted relationships.
- Be a culture hub for our Australiabased CTO organization; bring teams together and be a common thread and connection point.
- Participate in meetings, take notes, and lead action items.
- Run virtual and inperson events.
- Lead/participate in ad hoc projects.
Qualifications:
Your background:
- You have 5+ years demonstrated experience in an Executive Assistant role, supporting senior leaders.
You play as a team: You have a great sense of TEAM and can easily report into and take direction from your EA team lead.
