About the Position:


Join our CW Products team as a Customer Technical Support Specialist In this role, you'll be the go-to person for our clients with any troubleshooting or system faults.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting trade customers with technical support and guidance around the installation and commissioning of our range of roller shutter products and motorisation and control systems
  • Troubleshooting and fault finding
  • Helping customers with product selection based on their needs
  • Oversize shutter/out of spec liaison with customers
  • Modifying bill of materials where appropriate for nonstandard product customisation
  • Customer liaison and processing of return authorisations and sales returns
  • A level of specialty shutter order entry and quality checks
  • Preparing and providing quotations to customers
