Our CEO is looking for an Executive Assistant Enhance your administrative skills with this full-time opportunity

About the Role


Reporting directly to the CEO, you will spend your day coordinating all aspects of the Executive Office including meeting coordination, diary management, responding to face-to-face enquiries and correspondence, coordinating the credentialing process for Visiting Medical Officers, assisting with project management, supporting the HR team with onsite tasks, and working in a proactive and efficient way to ensure the smooth running of our Executive Office.

This role will also include an element of account management; including medical billing within our practice software.

About You


To be successful in this role, you will be a brilliant multitasker, detail orientated and great at planning, organising and problem solving.


You will be a key support for our Executive Team, and you will embrace working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same.


You will be the first point of contact for many of our staff, doctors and patients and a commitment to high quality customer service is essential.


The ability to communicate clearly and promptly, to act within your remit and to manage up as required are critical to your success in this role.


You will also have the following:

  • Experience in a busy Executive Assistant role, hospital experience desirable though not essential
  • The ability to adapt to fast paced change, problem solve and design process improvements;
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and handle the pressure of a large workload;
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new systems quickly;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of accounts management and accounting processes. Finance qualification is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required;
  • Excellent time management skills and a track record of completing tasks within designated timeframes;
  • An understanding of the importance of responding promptly to requests;
  • A willingness to learn and the drive to take initiative.
