We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Technology Governance Manager to join our Technology team.

This key role is responsible for overseeing Technology governance, with a remit to set overarching policies, standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines for Technology.

With the aviation and travel sector booming, on top of major projects that will underpin future growth and development, now is a very exciting time to join

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing Technology governance and setting comprehensive policies and guidelines.
  • Manage Technology Risk Management processes and ensure alignment to the Enterprise Risk Management framework.
  • Facilitate Technology risk assessments, and analysis, and monitor risk mitigation effectiveness.
  • Responsible for managing internal/external Technology audits and implementing risk management/remediation actions.
  • Works closely with Technology staff members who engage and manage suppliers, in an advisory capacity, and monitor overall supplier performance.
  • Develop and manage Third Party IT Risk Management processes and assessments.
  • Lead Technology aspects of Business Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery capabilities and activities.
  • Develop comprehensive Technology dashboards/metrics to govern program effectiveness.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience in Information Security, Cyber Security, or Risk Management.
  • 5+ years of experience in Technology governance and risk management.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing Technology supplier contracts, risks & performance management.
  • Professional certifications in governance, risk, compliance, security, or resiliency are preferred but not required.
  • Proven ability to communicate risk and technical issues in business digestible terms.
  • Rigorous attention to detail in all work activities.
