We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager of Protective Security Governance and Assurance to join our client's team. You will play a critical role in ensuring our client's organization complies with its protective security obligations. Any government experience and the ability to obtain baseline security clearance is highly desirable.

Your day at NTT

  • Manage Governance Team, direct and oversee the Protective Security Governance and Assurance Team responsible for daytoday governance and assurance advice. This includes activities like Authority to Operate assessments, adherence to the Protective Security Assurance Schedule, and other necessary assurance assessments.
  • Implement Governance Plan, develop and implement an effective protective security governance and assurance management plan, schedule, and roadmap. Engage stakeholders, establish processes, and maintain documentation.
  • Governance Reporting, manage protective security governance, including secretariat functions. Prepare executivelevel presentations, briefings, papers, and reports for internal and external governance bodies and stakeholders.
  • Implementation Plan: Provide oversight, implementation, and management of the Protective Security Implementation Plan for FY

What would make you a good fit for this role?

  • A degree or diploma of an Australian educational institution, or a comparable overseas qualification, which is appropriate to the duties; OR other comparable qualifications, which are appropriate to the duties.
  • Security specific certifications appropriate to the duties e.g. CISM, CISSP, IRAP.
  • Extensive experience in protective security governance and assurance, including senior management of a governance and insurance team.
  • Ability to travel, as required.
  • Experience working within government is highly desirable and have or, be able to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance.
