We are looking for support workers who have
experience dealing with behavior of concerns and
good knowledge about Mental Health to assist our participants to work towards their NDIS goals.

We provide personal care support, domestic assistance, and community access support to persons living with a disability.

Duties and responsibilities may include:

  • Medication reminding
  • Domestic assistance: household cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
  • Community Access: social activities, grocery shopping, medical appointments
  • Supporting clients who have mental health challenges.
  • Expected to follow the company policies and procedures and code of conduct.
  • Monitoring the wellbeing of clients reporting and documenting on their progress.
  • Attending training as required.

You must have:

  • Experience in supporting client with challenging behaviors and psychosocial conditions.
  • Current CPR / First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain one once commenced
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to obtain one
  • Current Australian Driver's License
  • Reliable, registered vehicle with
    Comprehensive Insurance
  • Smart mobile phone with internet access
