On a day-to-day basis, you'll:

  • W ork alongside the with analytics, data and technology teams.
  • Solve complex problems and reach pragmatic solutions.
  • Sound understanding of Banking and Financial products.
  • Create analytical outcomes that can be automated/scheduled and meet challenging deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Produce accurate work, reliable results, meet tight deadlines, and plan and prioritise workflow.

As a Manager - Insights & Analytics you'll address key needs to further the value of analytics by surfacing both leading & lagging indicators in a manner that is easy to consume.

You'll work closely with our talented Analysts to deliver on our mission to help build a brighter future for our customers and communities using data.

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
  • Proven experience in delivering complex projects using SQL tools, such as Teradata and SQL Server
  • The ability to understand corporate frameworks and a keen eye for manipulating data
  • A demonstrated Insights and Analytics background
  • Experience working in an agile environment within the Banking sector.
  • Experience in automation of analytical processes
  • Excellent skills in Tableau, Python or Alteryx is highly regarded
