The Metro Tunnel Project (MTP) is a transformational public transport project that will bring more trains to your suburb and reduce travel times by running the busy Cranbourne, Pakenham and Sunbury lines through a new tunnel.

By untangling the City Loop, more trains can run more often across Melbourne.


We've finished digging twin 9km tunnels, and construction is underway on 5 new stations and testing of the new High Capacity Signalling system that will enable turn-up-and-go services.


  • Rail Network Alliance has an exciting opportunity for an experienced

Change Advisor to join the MTP Team.

The Role
We are seeking a

Change Advisor to be actively taking systemic view when diagnosing, designing, and delivering change initiatives. You'll identify and address people processes and leading stakeholders through the changing model for the Metro Tunnel Project, with a focus on the Rail Network Alliance scope.

This role is a

max term position until March 2024.

  • As an MTM employee, you will have access to free travel along the network._

Responsibilities

  • You'll source insights in from a range of different stakeholders to inform the development of people process to design, delivery and execution
  • Assist in the creating, monitoring and implement change management plans to ensure that delivery is successful
  • You'll identify potential risks and resistances and develop plans and will proactively mitigate any concerns
  • You'll identifying and documenting required RNA and MTM documents to support engagement and communication around change
  • Support the management of Cultural and Behavioural Change issues and execution of Change Management strategies for RNA projects

About You

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent in Business or project management
  • Has a strong understanding of internal, thirdparty and government negotiations, especially in managing industrial relations
  • Experience with Business Process Excellence concepts, end to end value stream mapping and methodologies
  • Track record of engaging and collaborating broadly and constructively with stakeholders across the business
  • Project management expertise, including understanding of tools and phases of project lifecycles, Six sigma exposure
  • Ability to analyse data, write and present reports, undertake and complete complex tasks
  • Ability to appraise requirements and make recommendations in respect to work methods, techniques, and processes
  • Ability to lead continuous improvement systems and processes
