Position Summary:

This role is responsible to manage Supply Chain Team overseeing daily operations in working with internal stakeholders and external Vendors,

Duties:

  • Responsible for the overall execution of the supply chain management function as well as the planning and directing of activities and operations of the business.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to streamline processes and improve accuracy and efficiency within operations.
  • Manage current and longterm forecast, demand planning to drive inventory planning goals. (S&OP) and market requirements by using Smothies.
  • Developing, measuring, and reporting on processes and performance metrics to drive improvements in operations.
  • Seek to improve all aspects of the supply chain department by reviewing current methodology and processes.
  • Train and instruct other members of the Supply Chain team.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with vendors while promoting company initiatives and values.
  • Research and seek out the most costefficient shipment procedures and methods.
  • Organize and oversee inventory by keeping a detailed database of available inventory and expected usage.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, business/international trade major are preferred;
  • Min 5 years of import and export trade or supply chain working background are preferred.
  • Patience and high attention to detail and high customer service orientation.
  • High sense of responsibility and effective communication;
  • Strong ability to manage and meet supply chain demands and sharp deadlines
  • Good learning ability and hardworking attitude
  • Team player with positive attitude to challenges
