Our client is a global travel industry organisation specialising in luxury travel journeys across the globe.

About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our client's team.

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the provision of services to the organisation, while ensuring that the agreed-upon service level agreements are met and reliability, performance and uptime is sustained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads and coordinates the service delivery team work to ensure the delivery of highquality services.
  • Oversees the delivery of services to ensure that service level agreements are met, and customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships acting as a point of contact.
  • Develop and implement service delivery processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement service improvement plans to enhance the quality of services provided.
  • Monitor and report on service delivery performance regularly.

About you

  • 35 years' experience as a Service Delivery Manager.
  • Demonstrated leadership and technical skills and the ability to work effectively with key stakeholders and crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrate experience with Microsoft products including Office 365, Active Directory and Azure.
  • Demonstrate understanding of disaster recovery methods, planning and testing.
  • Experience in ICT change management.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of IT leadership experience
  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience
  • Process improvement experience
