What you'll be doing
The HKMHS provides one of the best mental health services in NSW and offers a very supportive and cooperative work environment for our staff to work, learn and develop.
You will be working closely with the Clinical Director to provide administrative support to the medical team and with the Business Manager to liaise and assist other administrative activities of the organisation.
_ People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply._
- Proven ability to develop, coordinate and manage medical staff rosters and payroll responsibilities.
- Ability to work autonomously, under limited supervision and within a multidisciplinary team to achieve service outcomes, with particular focus on attention to detail.
- Demonstrated efficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, word processing (40 words per minute) and experience or willingness to learn information systems eg Cerner, Winc, Oracle, I Procruement, Risk IT/ see IT, Trim, ROB, Health Roster, IIMs+.
