About your new role:


This isn't your typical 9-5 role - and if you bring dedication, focus and commitment, you'll enjoy the flexibility of a career in the disability sector, where you can build a schedule that works for you and the business.

So, if you're excited by the opportunity of a promising career, here are some things that you might be doing daily, apart from the most important thing which is providing the ideal assistance to our participants in their own environment, you are there to help them reach their potential and live their best life possible.

Let's face it, you'll almost certainly learn a thing or two yourself.

You may also be:

  • Promoting participants' choice & control in their daily lives by supporting individuals to be an active part of their community.
  • A good understanding of personcentered active support or willingness to embrace this model of support
  • Be comfortable supporting adult clients with complex disabilities and behaviours that can challenge (AOD dependencies and Verbal aggression)
  • Following behaviour support & health care plans to support participants live more independently within the community.
  • Supporting participants to increase & develop skills in training, budgeting, safe relationships, life skills (cooking, shopping, cleaning).
  • Assisting our participants to achieve their NDIS goals.
  • Supporting participants to broaden their interest.

Some of our requirements:


We are aware there are quite a few compliance checks (listed below) for this role however, what's important to us is that you have flexible availability across a 24/7 roster mornings 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, active nights 10pm-6am and access to your own car and green P2 NSW Drivers Licence or higher.

Please note, successful applicants will be required to hold a NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and a Working with Children Check.

If you have lived or worked for a continuous period of 12 months or more in another country within the last 10 years, a certified International Police Check from that country/countries will also be required.

As part of our Covid-19 response the Scope Covid-19 policy requires all our employees regardless of the job to have received at least 3 doses of a Covid-19 vaccine.
