Looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team at Ambulance Victoria as the Executive Director Quality and Clinical Innovation. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide strategic direction and leadership to drive quality and innovation in healthcare. Ambulance Victoria is dedicated to delivering outstanding care to patients and saving lives.


  • Lead the Quality and Clinical Innovation division to define strategic direction and deliver innovation for optimal patient care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans and objectives
  • Integrate innovation into organizational practices and enhance clinical outcomes
  • Direct clinical governance and ensure certifications and accreditations
  • Collaborate to develop and implement a clinical governance system for improved patient care
  • Position AV as experts in emergency healthcare for the community
  • Provide leadership to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development

The ideal candidate will have qualifications in a healthcare discipline, understanding of clinical quality, and experience in driving organizational change. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships are essential. This is a 3-year fixed-term position with hybrid working options available.
