Troocoo Government are currently searching for an experienced L1/L2 Service Desk Analyst to join the team within an established QLD Government Statutory Authority.
This will be an initial full-time contract engagement until April 2024 (with potential to extend), based in Brisbane's CBD.The opportunity
Your responsibilities
As the Service Desk Analyst you will be required (but not limited) to:
- Resolve BAU requests and incidents assigned to the ICT Service Desk, based on defined SLAs and following ITIL processes.
- Provide face to face support to staff within the organisation, and consistently display the Government Departmental values.
- Support end user environments and supporting technology hardware.
- Develop operational policies, practises, and system documentation.
- Take part in various technology deployment projects.
- Plan and deliver reliable and costeffective solutions dealing with a range of technology vendors and suppliers.
- Investigate and implement new technology and ideas to innovate processes that support continual improvement.
- Maintain an uptodate knowledge and understanding of the department's business activities, ICT environment, and developments and trends in information technology.
Mandatory requirements
Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in administration of:
- Microsoft Windows Server 201
- Active Directory / Group Policy Objects
- Virtualisation (VMWare)
- Windows 10
- Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Intune, etc)
- Supporting technologies for cloud such as Firewall, Identity, etc
