In this role, you'll:


Work as part of a team involved in strategic and operational traffic modelling for projects, where you will lead and bring your expert experience in traffic modelling and generation of forecasts from strategic and operational models.

Manage outcomes of others and the quality control for the end delivery within the team.


Build a new model - Sydney Mesoscopic Dynamic Traffic Assignment (SDTA) - for key new projects for Transport, that will provide input into downstream modelling.

About you


Have solid experience in dynamic traffic modelling and generation of forecasts from strategic models and can bring your strong experience in production and interpretation of modelling outputs into recommendations on project designs.


You're a clear and experienced communicator with Stakeholders and recognised as an expert in traffic modelling that includes software packages, Dynameq, Aimsun and EMME.


Combined with your dynamic traffic modelling skills, that will lead the SDTA and Strategic Forecasting Modelling function, you can be part of the team that enables significant service improvements for our people.
