We are currently seeking a passionate and committed Centre Director at our brand-new Werribee centre to assist us in the overall management of the Centre and to join our friendly and supportive team.

The Centre Froliq Early Learning Centre is proud to announce its flagship Centre opening soon In Werribee.

The Centre is a purpose-built service with modern and natural indoor and outdoor facilities and resources for the children and educators.

The Centre caters for children aged from 6 weeks to 5 years.

Parent partnership is paramount to our service. The Responsibilities The Director will be responsible in managing and overseeing the day to day running of the Centre.

You will be required to manage all administrative tasks including but not limited to: Staff rosters, Tours and enrolling new families, Managing emails to parents, Using a third-party software for CCS administration and parent accounts Understanding of digital programming platforms Manage the team ensuring they are adhering to the Centre policies, procedures and expectations, Completing centre audits Ordering stock for cleaning and nappies Work in line with a budget You will be required to oversee the running of all staff meetings as required and contribute to and manage the QIP.

We require the Director to have a focus on compliance and ensuring the Centre operates in line with the regulations.

Safety of our children is the top priority.

The Skills The Director must have the following criteria: Holds a Diploma or ECT qualification At least 12 months experience in a Director role Knowledge and understanding of the EYLFAbility to oversee the use of online style programming along with some paper based programming Statement of attainment in child protection Current Working with Children Check First Aid certificate Sound knowledge of Education and Care National Regulations Ability to provide high quality care and education Professional attitude, effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment and manage a team of educators Friendly and energetic The successful candidates will be expected to be able to commence ASAP.
