The Role:

  • Engage directly with customers to understand various requirements, including functional, data, security, integration, and performance user journeys
  • Develop code daily to implement these requirements and user stories
  • Work with the services engineering team to refine, revise, and implement the work, showcasing creativity and thoughtfulness in designs and code
  • Identify risks, assumptions, and mitigation strategies related to engineering and implementation
  • Collaborate with project managers to provide an engineering perspective when creating project plans
  • Assist in resolving major implementation issues
  • Stay updated on ECM, RPA, cloud, container/K8s, AI/ML, content services, and BPM technologies

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must hold a BA/BS/AB degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS/IT, or a related STEM field, or possess equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in Software Engineering and delivery, ideally in a client-facing implementation role
  • Experience in designing and implementing complex enterprise applications
  • Familiarity with agile SDLC methodologies
  • Proficient in English with business and engineering fluency
  • Background in industries like financial services, life sciences, public sector, consumer products, and media & entertainment
  • Competence in various technologies such as Python, .NET/C#, Java, Jenkins, REST APIs, and more
