PositionOverview:
We are seeking a ClientServices Relationship Manager and an Advice Associate Assistant. Asa Client Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role inensuring the seamless delivery of financial advice to our esteemedclientele. Your responsibilities will include understanding theadvice process, preparing advice documents, and collaboratingclosely with our implementation team, paraplanners, and adviceassistant teams.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with key clients andthird-party professionals. Become a point of contact for them tocall/email with all administrative tasks and queries.
  • Work with your Adviser, the Onboarding Team andImplementation team to onboard Wholesale clients swiftly andaccurately.
  • Book client meetings and greetclients as they arrive in reception.
  • Overseeyour existing clients' Statement of Advice (SoA) and Reviewworkflows to ensure timely delivery of documents.
  • Ensure enhanced Fee Disclosure Statements (EFDS) andsupporting forms are sent to clients and are signed and returnedwithin required timeframes to ensure we are meeting our complianceobligations.
  • Liaise with accountants and ouroutsourced administrators to ensure your clients' Self-ManagedSuper Funds (SMSF) remains compliant, and financials are completedin a timely manner. Work with your Adviser to ensure annual minimumpensions are met.
  • Quality review of theforms/paperwork produced by our outsourced Administrators forclient Reviews and adhoc, to ensure that service standards aremaintained. Provide timely feedback and flag areas for furthertraining to your manager, where required.
  • Accurate and timely payment of invoices for clients andcash transfer requests.
  • Peer review ofinvestment trades and cash transactions within clients' accountsand portfolios.
  • Maintain the upkeep ofaccurate data contained within our CRM.

Qualifications:

  • Financial Planning Qualification/degree in Finance, or related field - highly desirable
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar rolewithin the financial services industry, preferably with a focus onultra-high net worth clients.
  • Strongunderstanding of financial planning concepts and investmentstrategies.
  • Proficiency in preparing advicedocuments and conducting client meetings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, withthe ability to build rapport with clients and internalteams.
  • Detail-oriented with strongorganisational and time-management abilities.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA)preferred.
  • Must have permanent residency ofAustralia.
