Here's what you'll achieve:
- Responsible for the day to day running of both the hard and soft services, organising the site team and supply chain to meet contractual outputs and objectives of each account.
- Managing & having accountability for the P&L and maintaining agreed profit margins
- Full accountability and ownership of the staff on the accounts from Facilities Managers to technician, recruiting, retaining, appraising, and leading as required.
- Assist in the preparation of standard operating procedures, emergency, and contingency plans.
- Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and regularly review the H&S policy.
- Consulting detailed contract reviews for each account and owning CBRE standard procedures.
- Ensure that opportunities for the strategic development of the contract are exploited, to deliver increased turnover and profitability, and make sure that contracts are rewon on retender.
- Develop, implement, and monitor yearly service plans, KPIs, targets and financial plans.
- Build a relationship with the client to become the first point of contact for any works and all aspects of contract problems (defects & deficiencies) on their sites.
- Delivering effective business communication through advice, review, leadership and direct contribution to management and team meetings.
- Demonstrate a willingness to attend on and offsite training for plant and systems as they are installed. This may require nights away from home.
About you:
- Minimum 6 years proven experience in a propertybased senior facilities role with experience in managing and developing of geographically disbursed teams.
- Ability to travel, driver's license will be required.
- Good understanding of financials, specifically budget preparation, managing portfolio to a budget, fulfilling reporting requirements, project, and servicerelated financial management.
- People management experience and good negotiation and influencing skills.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of the current Health & Safety at work Act.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook. Ability to use work order management systems.
- Working knowledge of architectural, electrical, and mechanical systems. Working knowledge of leases, contracts, and related documents.
