Administrative Assistant/Receptionist:

Key responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the Student Experience Team, Heads of Universities, and Program Directors to ensure academic guidance, development and support are given to students
  • Develop opportunities, support, and referral services for international students,
  • Administration related to international student needs and compliance.
  • Assist in building and planning structures and processes for international students
  • Administrative duties to ensure systems are maintained for student information, e.g., extension requests, plagiarism
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers, training providers, and apprenticeship support agencies.
  • Source vocational training opportunities for prospective students by actively seeking opportunities for student placement in transition to work programs.
  • Provide regular updates on the program outcomes and help identify issues that may impact the success of the program.
  • Liaising with clients
  • General administrative duties
  • Take part in product training and assessment activities as directed
  • Build up a referral network
  • Continuously update your knowledge base through selflearning by employing research skills, logical reasoning, and critical thinking skills.
  • Coordinating with other consultants, team leaders, and operations Managers to execute the processes and sales pipelines seamlessly.

Job requirements:
We are seeking a Admin Assistant to support the well-being of our students, as well as:

  • A relevant degree, or a combination of relevant experience and/or education/ training.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and under routine/general supervision to effectively achieve objectives and perform tasks that require interaction with other related areas.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to respond to changing priorities, solve problems, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks whilst working as a member of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to display judgment, and reliability and conscientiously adapt to changed workflows in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to act with sensitivity and adhere to a high level of confidentiality
This position is available for Parramatta and Blacktown locations.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Graduate

Part-time hours: 35 per week

Salary:
From $22.00 per hour
