Your new role in Lismore awaits:
Coates Customer Service Coordinators play a vital role within our branch teams by assisting customers with their equipment solutions.

- Coordinate daily operations such as equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs & breakdowns.

- Recognize & address customer needs both in person and via phone & email

- Contribute to the achievement of team KPI's including customer loyalty, sales revenue, and safety

- Carry out various branch administrative tasks like generating hire schedules, invoicing, etc

About you
Alongside your innate customer service abilities and strong work ethic, you will ideally:

- Possess a warm and outgoing personality

- Excel in a high-energy work environment

- Be a quick learner with a keen eye for detail

- Demonstrate intermediate computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel)

- Have prior experience in a customer service capacity, and a sincere desire to assist others

- Show adaptability to changing priorities and work conditions – thriving in a dynamic setting and being flexible to meet evolving needs
