For this role, you'll be awarded a salary between $100k - $150k + superannuation based on experience.

About the role:


This current role will maintain the already existing global sales pipeline and also bring rigorous sales generation, pipeline demonstration and conversion metrics to align with NEOZ strategic and operational plans.

We are seeking to employ an emotionally intelligent, experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Global Sales Specialist to join our established team.


  • Maintain, organise, establish and optimise global external sales schedules, plans and conditions
  • Organise, establish and globally execute weekly, monthly and annual sales metrics on budget
  • Collaborate with the current sales team, develop and build online and offline sales networks and support distributors where required
  • Support sales and marketing planning and management, organise and implement brand activities and promote Global brand building
  • Identify and research global marketing positions, formulate and implement marketing promotion campaigns and communicate through to the sales and management team
  • Coinstrumentally lead the sales team to complete specific activities and tasks and deliver on company goals, values and mission.

Your key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the Customer/Sales/Market feedback loop is continually operational and reported on
  • Tracking all activity in Hubspot & CRM and providing sales analysis to management
  • Making and receiving phone calls (hot) both internally and externally to your global client base
  • Developing quotations and following through to leverage sales and closing out your pipeline
  • Continually communicating with your global clients (current and new)
  • Invoicing each and every client to ensure you are paid on time every time
  • Reporting through directly to the CEO as part of your collaborative interpersonal style
  • A number of years' experience in global lighting sales or similar industry sector.
  • Drive and willingness to work in an established business with a Global vision.
  • Demonstrable success in consistently meeting sales targets.
  • Team player embracing an innovation and "learning organisational" culture.
You will be highly regarded if you also have:

  • Previously sold to or have a network of top-level global contacts in the retail, hospitality and/or tourism sectors
  • The ability to work in a diverse & multicultural team
  • Qualifications/certification in Sales or related discipline
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Be an Australian citizen with working rights in Australia
  • Able to work autonomously or in a team to achieve the organisational objectives
