EL1 Level - Assistant Director, Provider Registration.

This key leadership role involves strategically leading operational teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes in provider registration processes.

About the Role:

  • Oversee and assure the team's work quality, providing detailed performance reports to the Director, Provider Registration.
  • Foster a culture of high performance, encouraging riskbased decisionmaking.
  • Manage highvolume workflow and navigate complex matters to completion.
  • Develop and maintain effective stakeholder engagement and communication flows across our client's business.
  • Lead the development of work processes, systems, and supporting guidance material for consistent provider registration practices.
  • Initiate and manage the implementation of supporting guidance material for consistency.
  • Coordinate accurate briefings, reports, and detailed advice on provider registration and regulatory issues.
  • Represent the Registration function internally and externally.

  • Fulltime position, offering
    37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, enabling a healthy worklife balance and time.

About You:

  • Proven experience in leading operational teams with a focus on highquality outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of legislative procedures and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to draft complex correspondence and submissions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high volume work flow and complex matters.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and effective communication across teams.
  • Sound riskbased decisionmaking skills.
