Our NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) team is currently seeking to appoint a Supervisor Programs within the Assets Division.

In this role, you will also lead and develop a group of four project officers. This role will be based in Maroubra to start with and will eventually transfer to our Strawberry Hills office.

About You
Are you someone who can take action on urgent tasks swiftly? Do you have a trade background or sound knowledge of the building industry supported by a tertiary qualification? If you answered yes to these questions then this could be the role for you


As the Supervisor Programs, you will coordinate the development of LAHC's quarterly Program of Works for a defined contract area(s).

In our day to day, there are often high risk issues that need to be addressed effectively and promptly and having an ability to work within budgets is paramount supported by project management/project planning expertise.

Among other things, the role includes asset management, management of staff and the delivery of high volume/high value programs.


This is an excellent opportunity for to join a dedicated team and develop your management skills in a role that offers growth opportunity.


Essential Requirements

  • Trade qualifications and/or relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Advanced MS Word and Excel skills with MS Project skills.

A key feature is the Communities Plus program, which is designed to fast-track the redevelopment of LAHC's social housing portfolio in partnership with the private and community housing sector to deliver significant new and replacement social housing dwellings that are integrated with affordable private dwellings.
