Memory Block Australia is a fast-growing business dedicated to printing your favourite photos and designs onto beautiful, eco-friendly wooden blocks.

We're looking for motivated, outgoing, and friendly Sales and Customer Service Representatives to join us across NSW and help us bring these special products to customers everywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders and handle financial transactions with accuracy
  • Maintain high standards in the store, including presentation and cleanliness
  • Rotate locations to connect with customers from different areas
  • Receive ongoing coaching and support to help you achieve your sales goals

Key Requirements:

  • A confident, outgoing, and friendly demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative problem solver who enjoys finding solutions that meet the needs of customers
  • Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems and technologies
  • Retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential we provide extensive training to ensure your success in this role
  • Willingness to develop life skills and build confidence in a supportive and exciting work environment

Training:

  • Comprehensive training on sales techniques to help you achieve your sales goals
  • Learn the psychology behind customerfacing interactions to better understand the needs and wants of our customers
  • Develop the confidence to work under pressure in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
  • Ongoing coaching and support from our experienced team to help you succeed in your role

Job Types:

Contract length: 8-12 months

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Salary:
From $23.00 per hour
