Role Overview:

As a CX Designer at working in the IT Digital team you'll play a pivotal role in optimising our customer experience portal processes.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritise business requirements, analyse existing processes, and recommend optimised solutions. Your expertise in customer experience, user experience, design, and technology will drive efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance overall functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise business requirements.
  • Analyse existing business processes and recommend optimised solutions.
  • Work closely with functional consultants to ensure proposed solutions meet business objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate testing efforts to validate implemented solutions.
  • Document project requirements, scope, and technology impacts.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Support change management activities to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Foster crossteam collaboration to produce deliverables.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a CX Designer or UI/UX or Business Analyst in Customer Experience.
  • Experience in aged care industry and technology transformation.
  • Proven experience in full lifecycle Customer portal design and implementations.
  • Strong understanding of product evaluations and business cases.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly skilled in using Jira and Confluence.

Desirable Skills:

  • Graduate or postgraduate studies in a related field.
  • Experience with largescale enterprise or customer experience transformational efforts.
  • Agile experience.
  • Proficiency in Office365 tools, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other design tools.
  • Experience as a Team Leader or Project Coordinator.
