The Role
Our purpose in Customer Fulfilment is building connections with our clients and key stakeholders resulting in positive customer experiences.

You will be responsible for the following:

Deliver a great customer experience

  • Ensuring all customer requests are handled in a timely manner in line with our service level agreement
  • Meet individual agreed Operational Key Performance Indicator
  • Provide empathetic customer service through respect, understanding and effective communication.
  • Ensure customer complaints are effectively managed and escalated as required
  • Be selfmotivated and able to work autonomously in an administrative role.
Proactively manage risk

  • Ensure Risk Events are identified, escalated and raised in line with MLC's Event Management policy.
  • Ensure all compliance training modules are fully understood and completed on time
  • An understanding of Key Operational Risks and Obligations associated with BAU processes
  • Awareness of MLCs OHS policy and escalating where required
Execute on our strategic initiatives

  • Providing SME support where required
  • Assisting with Event Investigation and remediation as required

About You

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
  • Be able to work autonomously.
  • Have proven experience of working towards deadlines and KPIs.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A relevant qualification will be highly desirable.
  • Being Adapt to changes within the business
