**Head of Supply Strategy

About the role


Reporting to the Supply Strategy & Finance Director, this key role will develop & drive the execution of Supply Strategy globally and lead critical annual processes including Strategic Planning and Network / Product Strategy.

In addition, it will scope, lead and/or direct major supply projects and represent TWE Supply in significant enterprise level programs / initiatives:

  • Drive the successful execution of major supply projects through coordination, thought leadership, sophisticated analysis and oversight/governance
  • Provide visibility to the Global Supply Leadership Team of major initiative progress against stated objectives / targets and communicate risks & mitigating actions
  • Work closely with the Commercial Business Units & Corporate Strategy teams, lead critical supply processes
  • Partner with Corporate Strategy and the M&A function to execute Supply's M&A roadmap and provide Supply input to enterprise level M&A initiatives
  • Work closely with the Supply LT to communicate & translate Supply's Strategic Plan into a program of supporting initiatives / actions
  • Work with the Head of Supply Planning to optimise sourcing strategy and Supply/Demand balancing in line with strategic objectives
  • Lead ad hoc projects & analysis relating to the above areas in response to emerging opportunities and/or critical business challenges Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings and capacity utilisation improvement

About you


With a Bachelor of Degree or higher (preferably in analytical / quantitative discipline) you will have proven experience in Corporate Strategy or a Strategy Consulting environment.


  • Supply &/or Manufacturing experience beneficial but not critical
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • High level of commercial acumen
  • Project management experience
  • Strong people leadership & stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
  • Proven strategic thinking ability
