We curren ly have an exci ing oppor uni y for a alen Acquisi ion Consul an in a small bu impor an eam ha will suppor and deliver Firs Na ions alen Acquisi ion s ra egies and oolki s ha address he ambi ions, challenges and hiring prac ices ha drive and increase Firs Na ions hires for NAB.


his role will allow you o grow personally and professionally, wi h a focus on our Firs Na ions Hiring.

Your oppor uni y

  • Lead he delivery of Firs Na ions hiring s ra egies ha enables NAB o proac ively achieve hiring ambi ions
  • Conduc inclusive recrui men process including sourcing, screening, shor lis ing, in erview. offer managemen and compliance.
  • Ac ively source Firs Na ions alen by leveraging sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, Seek alen, Firs Na ions publica ions, MyMob and communi y connec ions.
  • Rela ionship managemen of hirdpar y vendors rela ing o your por folio.
  • Opera e as a rus ed advisor for Firs Na ions recrui men by presen ing ex ernal insigh s, indus ry knowledge, rends, forums, da a and insigh s.
  • Par ner wi h s akeholders and alen acquisi ion o influence Firs Na ions hiring ou comes and deliver bes prac ice o posi ively impac Hiring Manager and Candida e Experience.
