Join as an Area Manager responsible for overseeing Darlinghurst, Bangor, Macquarie Fields, Bankstown, and Baulkham Hills/Norwest. Responsibilities include delivering quality property support and maintenance services across multiple sites, ensuring adherence to high standards and regulations.

Duties:
  • Maintain buildings, facilities, equipment, gardens, and carparks at a high standard.
  • Manage Maintenance Teams and site vehicles.
  • Prepare annual property budgets.
  • Ensure timely preventive and reactive maintenance.
  • Work with Site Managers to minimize maintenance impact.
  • Oversee cleaning programs and compliance with food audits.
  • Lead Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment projects.
  • Provide detailed reports on program progress and performance.
  • Manage staffing processes and ensure compliance with WHS legislation.
Skills and Experience:

Essential

  • Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Building, Trade, or Facilities Management.
  • Experience in Preventative and Reactive Maintenance management.
  • People management and budgeting skills.
  • Hands-on property maintenance experience.
  • Computer proficiency and driver's licence.
  • Alignment with company values.
  • Full Australian working rights.

Desirable

  • Experience in Aged Care or Health Care.
  • Fire Safety officer training.
Conditions of Employment
  • National Police Clearance and/or NDIS Worker Clearance.
  • Valid Driver's Licence (Car).
