About the OPPORTUNITY
We currently have a rewarding opportunity to join us as a Training Administrator within our Aerospace line of business.

Your contribution to the Program will be supporting the sustainment and capability enhancement activities to the Australian Air Force F35 fleet.

This role will be based out of our Williamtown or Wagga Wagga offices in NSW. We embrace flexible work arrangements at BAE Systems Australia, such as working a 9-day fortnight and hybrid working.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Create and maintain training records and courses in the training management system such as Oracle, LMS or TMS
  • Undertake procurement activities related to training such as registration of third party training providers on the Approved Supplier List (ASL), seeking quotes, raising purchase requisitions, processing invoices
  • Be a point of contact for training queries across the business, such as a 'help desk'
  • Source training providers and manage the booking of training courses and the provision of resources, such as training facilities/catering/aids/equipment
  • Coordinate the on boarding/induction program for new starters and visitors
  • Prepare training materials to support the delivery of training and assessment activities, such as training packs for courses
  • Provide administrative support for early career programs

  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities, which encompass the capacity to interact with both customers and staff across all levels and from a range of disciplines.
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong database administration experience (must)
  • Computer literacy with advanced knowledge of MS Suite along with SharePoint
