About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Training Administrator and Designer to support a world-class airborne surveillance, communications, and battle management system, the E-7A Wedgetail. This role is based in Williamtown and offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training artefacts to support project processes
  • Design and deliver innovative, relevant, and engaging training solutions
  • Evaluate and update training materials in response to feedback and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support training delivery and Training Administration requirements
  • Collaborate with customer representatives and subject matter experts to ensure effective engagement
  • Develop and integrate technical components to enhance courseware using various multimedia software
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in the analysis, design, development, and evaluation of training (highly desirable)
  • Strong understanding of the Systems Approach to Defence Learning (SADL) or a Defence Training background (highly desirable)
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in Administration and/or Instructional Design
  • Ability to work under limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to obtain a NV1 Defence Security Clearance
  • Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements
