  • Oracle Service cloud development and support experience
  • Experience in PHP development
  • Proven experience with integrating systems through APIs (e.g., integrating with Drupal / Ruby on Rails Applications and MicroFocus Enterprise Content Manager).
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
